Ignatian Pedagogy Institute: Ignatian Discernment and Intellectual Inquiry for Enhanced Teaching and Learning

During this day-long institute, participants will increase and deepen their knowledge of Ignatian pedagogy as an extension of Ignatian spirituality through the lenses of discernment and inquiry. Through multiple interactive sessions, participants will engage in studied decision making practices focused on higher order thinking and authentic learning that may be adapted to a variety of disciplines and pedagogical purposes.

9:00-9:45 Pre-Institute Lightning Session on the Ignatian Pedagogical Paradigm
The 9:00 a.m. Pre-Institute Lightning Session is optional for people new to Ignatian Pedagogy and those who would like a refresher. For those not attending this session, the Institute begins at 10:00 a.m.
